Registering an organisation

Signing up is a straightforward process. To get started, click below or visit app.wilake.com from your favourite web browser.

Organisation alias

The system will first ask for an alias, which is how your organisation will be recognisable at WiLake: within the login process, the captive portal URLs and others.

The organisation alias should be your commercial name or a short version of it. For example, “Fictional Solutions” would use the fictional alias.

After that, you’ll be prompted for information about your company, such as the full legal name, VAT ID and a billing address.

This information can be later modified. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is real, accurate and up to date.

Administrator account

Finally, you’ll be prompted to create an administrator user. This user will have permission to access anything within the organisation, as well as creating other users and roles.

After entering the name, surname and work email address, the process will be completed. An email will be sent to the administrator’s email address with a link to set their password.

We recommend setting up a distribution email address, from which email gets forwarded to multiple people in your organisation.

Once the password is set, you may log in to the platform at app.wilake.com using the organisation alias you set up previously, and your new account.
