After setting up your first WiLake network, there are a few things you can do to get the most out of WiLake.
Customize the captive portal
Go to the “Captive Portal” section in the WiLake control panel. There, you can modify the design of the captive portal to align with your brand. You can change the logo, background image, and colours.
You can also enable or disable authentication methods as desired. For example, if you don’t want users to authenticate with Facebook, you can deactivate that authentication method.
Add legal documents
You can add legal documents to your captive portal. For instance, you can include terms and conditions of network usage, privacy policy, etc. You can add as many documents as you need.
Secure your account
Security is crucial to us. Therefore, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication for your account. This will allow you to protect your account with a second authentication factor, such as a code from a mobile app.
Add users to your organization
If you’re working with others, you can add them to your organization. This way, they can access the WiLake account and assist you in managing it. You can add as many users as you want.
Each user is assigned a role that determines their permissions within the account. For example, you can create a “Sales” role that can only access customer data and reports but cannot modify the network configuration. You can create as many roles as needed.
